Season 2020 Is ready to go
The news we have all been anxiously awaiting is finally here, Season 2020 will kick off on Saturday 4th July for both junior and senior comps. With training moving into a contact phase from June 6, Rugby WA have provided the WA rugby community with some very welcome news…The comp is good to go!
From June 6th contact training can commence. There will be 2 weeks of trial games being June 20th & 27th. Brothers take on UWA away on the 20th then Nedies at home on the 27th. Round 1 of the competition is Saturday 4th July and will be a 13 week comp with teams playing each other once. The full draw can be found on our clubs official website. There will be a 2 week final series with the top 4 sides playing for the Premiership trophy and teams 5 to 8 playing for the Championship trophy.
Senior Semi Finals
- Premiership Division will see 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd on Saturday 3rd October.
- Championship Division will see 5th v 8th and 6th vs 7th on Sunday 4th October.
Senior Grand Finals
- Premiership Division Grand Finals will be played on Sunday 11th October.
- Championship Division Grand Finals will be played on Saterday 10th October.
From June 6th contact training can commence. There will be 2 weeks of trial games being June 20th & 27th. Round 1 of the competion is Saturday 4th July and will run through to round 12 on the 3rd October. There will be 12 rounds followed by the Grand Final. The juniors daw will be release shortly.
Junior Grand Finals
Teams that finish 1st and 2nd on the ladder at the conclusion of the 12 rounds will go straight into the GF which will be played on Saturday 17th October.
Its been understandable that some players and parents have been holding off to see if and when the season would start. Now this has been confirmed its time to sign up to play. Players need to be registered to train and play, click the link below to register if you haven’t already done so.
