NOTICE JOONDALUP BROTHERS RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL CLUB (INC.) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all club members the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Football Club is to be held on Sunday 6TH DECEMBER 2020 STARTING 10.00AM at the Clubrooms ARENA Joondalup, Kennedya Drive JOONDALUP.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
- To accept the minutes from the previous AGM.
- To receive the Annual Report of the Club for the season ended including
- reports for the Senior and Junior Divisions and the Financials of the Club.
- To Appoint honorary and life members of the club as required.
- To elect the following positions for the year going forward:
A. Club
i. Chairman
ii. Club Captain
B. Senior Division
i. Senior President
ii. Senior Vice President
iii. Senior Registrar
iv. Senior Treasurer
v. 2 x Senior Committee members
C. Junior Division
i. Junior President
ii. Junior Vice President
iii. Junior Registrar
iv. Junior Treasurer
v. 2 x Junior Committee members
Nomination forms for club positions are available to download below. Completed and signed nomination forms are to be emailed to the Club Secretary Jayne Russell; jayne.russell@op-ex.com.au or posted to: PO Box 3051, Joondalup 6027 to be received by COB Friday 27th November 2020.
Nominations from the floor will only be accepted for positions where NO formal signed and witnessed nomination forms were received by the closing date listed above.
NOTE: Notice must be given of any “Motion to be Moved” at the AGM by Friday 27th November 2020.
