2025 Annual Club Ball – A Night to Celebrate
The Woodvale Tavern was the stage for our annual club ball. Our amazing club sponsor, RMW Group, hosted this signature event, bringing the entire club community together to reflect on the 2025 season and celebrate the people who make it all possible. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric—tailored suits, flowing gowns, and the unmistakable buzz of shared pride and connection. It was a night for storytelling, laughter, and toasting the spirit of our club.
Our sponsors, members, players, and volunteers mingled across the room, each conversation a reminder of the relationships and commitment that fuel our success. The evening wasn’t just a celebration—it was a reaffirmation of the values we stand for: camaraderie, resilience, and community.
As the final plates were cleared and glasses topped up, the spotlight shifted to our senior team and club awards. Each name called was met with resounding applause, a testament to the respect and admiration held by all in attendance. These awards weren’t just acknowledgments—they were reflections of the hard work, leadership, and heart poured into the season.
The highlight of the ceremony came with the presentation of Life Memberships to Mostyn Jones and Emma Jones. Their contributions span more than a decade of unwavering service, leadership, and care. From behind-the-scenes dedication to front-line impact, they’ve shaped the club’s culture and future in profound ways. Their recognition was met with a standing ovation—an emotional moment that captured the depth of gratitude felt across the room.
With the formalities complete, the energy shifted. Shoes came off, ties loosened, and the dance floor came alive to the sounds of EnQue, The Band. The music pulsed, laughter echoed, and the celebration carried on into the night—a fitting end to a season defined by unity, achievement, and the enduring spirit of our club. Week after week, they delivered performances marked by precision, creativity, and grit—earning not just victories, but the respect and envy of rival clubs across the league. Their cohesion on the field reflected countless hours of preparation, trust in each other’s roles, and a shared commitment to the club’s values.
